Potato Salad

I was eating potato salad a while ago and I was wondering "Wow potato salad seems like reminence of things we had n the fridge and we werent gonna use", wich brought me to the conclusion potato salad is a form of left overs, does anyone really go out and buy what they need to make potato salad? I dont know much people that do because u can whip it up out of anything u have in ur fridge, Celry,Potatoes, That half empty jar of miracle whip uv had lingering around in the back of your fridge. Like is there any desisive recipe for potato Salad. its good but i prefer from now on to call it left-overs. Think about that nextime u have abig spoon( or fork for all you city folk) of potato salad. So long and Goodnight
